Thank you so much for visiting my page, LeafTaleTherapy.com. Here you will find a wide variety of topics, all stemming from my inherent drive to create.

For those of you wondering, my name is a play on words. It all piggy-backed off the term, "retail therapy" and my nickname, "SydLeaf."  As a writer, I spend my time telling "tales." Get it?

After receiving my Bachelor of Business degree with a focus in hospitality, I decided to go back to school, expand my knowledge, and earn more degrees and certifications. I’ve been called a professional student, but I’d much rather be considered a professional writer!

Since graduating from the College of Charleston, I have become a certified Makeup Artist, Pastry Chef, and gained my Associate of Arts in Journalism. I love to learn and understand the inner-workings of people, why we act the way we do, how we feel, and dig deep into our own emotional intelligence.
